AlpWalk Showcases Exoskeleton Lineup to High Demand at Hannover Messe

From April 20 to 24, 2026, Hannover Messe – one of the world’s most influential industrial technology events – took place at the Hannover Exhibition Center in Germany. Under the motto “Think tech forward,” the show brought together leading global enterprises and cutting-edge innovations.

AlpWalk presented its exoskeleton product lineup at the fair, including the S1 Hip Assistive Exoskeleton, M1 Lumbar Support Exoskeleton, L1 Passive Upper-Limb Exoskeleton and U1 Agile Exoskeleton. The products address a range of typical industrial scenarios such as material handling, precision assembly, and prolonged standing operations. Throughout the event, the AlpWalk booth maintained a steady flow of visitors, with professionals all over the world engaging in product consultations and on-site trial sessions. 

Over the five-day exhibition, the AlpWalk team engaged with nearly 200 qualified customer contacts. More than 100 of these customers participated in live product trials, representing a trial rate of over 50% – a clear indication of the strong market interest in intelligent exoskeleton technology. The customer base came from 18 countries and regions, including Germany, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Austria, with European customers accounting for more than 60% and German customers making up the largest single group. In terms of industry verticals, automotive manufacturing and logistics warehousing emerged as the core segments, confirming the practical value of exoskeleton solutions in physically demanding work environments. Over the course of the show, more than 60 customers expressed clear interest in procurement or joint development.

During in-depth trial sessions, customers responded positively to the assistive performance of AlpWalk’s products. The L1 Passive Upper-Limb Exoskeleton proved effective in reducing shoulder and arm fatigue during prolonged overhead tasks such as automotive assembly and precision instrument maintenance, earning solid scores in customer experience ratings. The M1 Lumbar-Support Exoskeleton also demonstrated noticeable load-reduction benefits in heavy-lifting scenarios, with its stability and comfort acknowledged by operators. These first-hand usage insights have provided valuable input for future product refinements.

On the technical side, AlpWalk exoskeletons have achieved core assistive performance on par with international advanced levels, while their lightweight design and extended battery life have also been well received. At the same time, the extensive trial data and customer feedback collected during the show have offered clear directions for ongoing improvements in industrial design, human-machine interaction, and reliability. AlpWalk will continue to advance product optimization and pursue global compliance certifications, with the goal of delivering more efficient and dependable assistive solutions for industrial users.
